We are seeking:
An experienced driven and passionate Community Manager to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities to increase brand awareness.
An experienced creative and innovative Content Creator to design and develop engaging content for our social media platform.
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full Time (includes weekends)
Minimum Qualification: Degree
Experience in maternal health is desirable.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Canva.
Manage two social media accounts
Represent the company across social channels (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) as the sole voice of the brand
Plan and create high-quality, practical, relevant, and engaging social media content to promote our services, support and increase recognition of maternal health matters.
Provide an exceptional level of support to our social media communities across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram by moderating, responding to and escalating messages and feedback in a timely and supportive manner.
Produce reports of social media activity
Monitor and maintain digital communications planner and lead weekly planning and insight meetings
