We are seeking:

Community Manager 

An experienced driven and passionate Community Manager to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities to increase brand awareness.

​

Content Creator

An experienced creative and innovative Content Creator to design and develop engaging content for our social media platform.

 

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Employment Type: Full Time (includes weekends)

Minimum Qualification: Degree

Experience in maternal health is desirable.

​

Essentials: 

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Canva.

​

Main Responsibilities  

​

  • Manage two social media accounts

  • Represent the company across social channels (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) as the sole voice of the brand

  • Plan and create high-quality, practical, relevant, and engaging social media content to promote our services, support and increase recognition of maternal health matters.

  • Provide an exceptional level of support to our social media communities across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram by moderating, responding to and escalating messages and feedback in a timely and supportive manner.

  • Produce reports  of social media activity

  • Monitor and maintain digital communications planner and lead weekly planning and insight meetings
